We've dedicated ourselves to reviving the 2,000-year-old art of 'Hexiang' (Traditional Chinese Blended Incense). These beads were once the treasures of scholars and royalty, used to center the mind during meditation and study. Today, we bring this wearable wisdom to you.
The Craft: The Alchemy of Scent
Every Tao Aura bead is a masterpiece of botanical engineering, following a meticulous process that preserves the soul of the ingredients.
1. Natural Sourcing
We use zero synthetic fragrances. Our beads are made from high-quality Sandalwood, Agarwood, and traditional medicinal herbs sourced from their native regions.
2. Ancient Formulation
We follow classical 'Hexiang' recipes. The ingredients are ground into fine powders using stone mills to protect the delicate essential oils.
3. Natural Aging & Slow Drying
Our incense 'dough' is aged for months, allowing the aromas to bond naturally. Once shaped by hand, the beads undergo a 90-day slow-drying process in a controlled climate—no industrial ovens are ever used.
4. Hand-Polished Texture
Each bead is hand-inspected and polished to a natural luster, ensuring it remains porous enough to release its therapeutic scent when warmed by your skin.
